The Time Traveling Parlour was an installation created for the interactive group exhibition Big Scene, which invited artists to imagine Tulsa ten years into the future and the positive impact of its art community.
For this piece, I recreated my living room—now a gathering space for Tulsa’s creative community—as a speculative future artifact. The installation included a gallery wall exhibition, a book of imagined articles documenting key milestones in the Parlour’s future growth, and a holographic projection of local artists standing on the soapbox, sharing their work in what has become our signature event: The Salon at the Parlour.
